Riverside Fence & Decks respects your privacy. When you submit our quote form, we collect only the information you provide — your name, contact details, project selections, description, preferred follow-up times, and any optional project photo — and use it solely to respond to your request and prepare your estimate.

We never sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing. Quote requests are securely archived for follow-up and delivered to Riverside by email; an uploaded project photo is included with that private notification.

Google Calendar and Gmail connections

Authorized business administrators may connect a Google account to the private administration area. The application uses the permissions the account owner grants to check calendar availability, create appointments and customer invitations, and send project-related email from Gmail. The standard connection does not read the account's inbox.

Google refresh credentials are encrypted and used only to provide these requested scheduling and communication features while the connection remains active. Calendar busy periods are checked live and are not retained as a copy of the connected calendar. Outgoing customer messages and booked appointment details are retained in the tenant's private CRM as project history. Administrators can disconnect an account and revoke access at any time from the administration area or their Google Account security settings.

Google user data is not used for advertising, sold, transferred for unrelated purposes, or used to train generalized artificial-intelligence models. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
